Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting your application or participating in the UPNEZ Growth Partnership.

1. The ৳0 Agency Management Fee Scope

Under this partnership program, UPNEZ provides strategic advisory, campaign creation, paid ads management, landing page design, and conversion optimization without billing an agency management fee or monthly service retainer.

2. Advertising Spend & Direct Platform Payments

The client is solely and directly responsible for funding and paying all media advertising expenses directly to ad platforms plus applicable VAT (15% in Bangladesh).

3. Client Operational Responsibilities

Participating businesses agree to grant necessary ad account/CMS access, maintain prompt communication, ensure product inventory availability, and provide accurate business data.

4. No Guaranteed Revenue or Outcome Disclaimer

Digital marketing and conversion optimization are influenced by external variables. UPNEZ does not guarantee specific sales volumes, revenue milestones, ROAS targets, or lead quantities.

5. Intellectual Property & Brand Ownership

The client retains 100% ownership of its brand trademarks, products, and customer lists.
